Samuel is an Organizational Development and Change Management resource with diverse and solid professional background, including finance, sales & marketing, international business development and IT. Samuel has successfully held positions in strategic planning, sales & marketing, business development and finance & accounting, and was an IS / IT consultant. He has held positions as Chief Financial & Administrative Officer, European Financial Controller, Group Asia Pacific Business Development Manager, International Manager, Financial Planning & Reporting Manager and Strategic Planning & Production Forecasting Manager in manufacturing based US and European multinational corporations, European SBUs, various local production sites and, a national sales & distribution IS / IT service providing group. He has worked extensively in middle and senior management positions.  He has also worked on a consulting, interim and contracting basis.

Samuel has a Master of Business Administration, two Master of Arts (Finance & Economics and, Computer Resources Management & Marketing) degrees with undergraduate qualifications in engineering, computers and accounting.

Samuel is a Singapore-Chinese, who has lived in the United Kingdom for five years and twenty-five years in Switzerland. He lives with his Swiss wife and their two beautiful daughters. He has worked extensively across Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific region. Samuel is great at building inter-cultural bridges and has profound experience with multinational business practices. He work comfortably in English, French, Mandarin, and understands basic German.
