Scope of Operation:
You, the client appoints us, the Representative Office, to act on your behalf. Depending on your needs, the Representative Office could carry out activities, such as customer service / technical support, product development, sales development / management, marketing management, production management, human resource management / development, IT support / management, financial planning / reporting / controlling, and any other organizational activities. The Representative Office could also be requested to carry out organizational structural activities, such as green field in-plant, relocate, downsize, closedown, acquisition, merger, establish a dedicated operation and the like. Wherever requested, the Representative Office could provide shared / dedicated resource. Depending on the level of complexity / technical skills required, you may need to provide appropriate training and operational support.

When you or your customer comes to your Representative Office, it provides you reception related support, fully equipped office facilities, meeting & conference rooms and drinks.
